Dr. Folley only cares about himself.
He entered St. Joseph's, a senior home/hospice setting, without a mask while masking was mandatory.
He is arrogant and often makes rude comments disguised as humour. He is flippant with nurses and patients.
I often get the sense that he would rather be anywhere except tending to patients, and that he's thinking about what he wants for lunch instead of the concerns you're explaining to him.
