Just had my first appointment and she seems great, very friendly, helpful, and understanding. She is helping me treat my acne and is finding the best way to do so without overloading my body with new medications and treatments, taking it slow. She does speak with an accent but that shouldn't hold anyone back from asking her for clarification, shes so nice. I'm also doing an over-the-phone appointment as her office isn't taking in-person appointments due to COVID-19, so that's also on me for not being able to hear too well and clearly, but I can't wait to meet her in person once this is all over.

She's really nice and helped treat my severe acne. She helped me get on accutane and made sure to start slow to not harm my body. I've gotten really good results with her with barely any side effects. The only problem is I can't speak Chinese well and she mostly speaks mandarin, but she's pretty helpful and understanding.

I like her and miss her. She was a very good and nice person. So bad she left the clinic.
