Dr. Marc Prudomme-Foster performed a reverse rt shoulder replacement, the result of a traumatic fall. His stellar reputation preceded himself in that I asked doctor friends to identify the "best" orthopaedic shoulder surgeon. It was no surprise that Dr. Prudomme-Foster's name was readily shared. He was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. His approach was surprising in that it has been my experience that Orthopaedic surgeons are not known for their bedside manner. Rather, Dr. Foster was lovely, approachable, and yes, let's just say it aloud, a stand-in for "Dr. McDreemy (Grey's Anatomy). It was immaterial what he looked like. What was of significance, was his level of competence and that he did not possess the personality of a gnat. He far exceeded all my expectations. Let's be clear. They were off-the-charts! Highly recommend Dr. Foster. You'll not be disappointed.

I would like to recognize the outstanding level of care Dr. Foster provided me. As a result of Dr. Foster’s care, surgery he recently performed on my right shoulder, after 2 years and 7 months I am finally pain free and I have full range of motion in my shoulder. Dr. Foster was able to fix that and make things right. Prior to Dr. Foster, I was told nothing more could be done. This meant I would have had to live in pain and being physically compromised. I cannot thank Dr. Foster enough. His care, his concern, and his compassion is second to none. He is an outstanding surgeon.

Dr. Marc replaced my right shoulder in February 2023. It was tough going after because I am alone , but it was easy to see him whenever I needed to. I have excellent range of motion in my shoulder and there is literally only one thing I can't do - put my right hand behind my back and raise it ( but that's just 74year old me)! He is SO skilled and I was blessed to have him as my surgeon!

Dr Marc Prud’homme Foster, operated on me for a reverse shoulder arthroscopy. He was very helpful by taking time to explain everything to me. The Sx went very well with no complications. I would recommend him to everyone who needs this operation.

It would be an understatement to say that I am satisfied with this doctor. He performed an operation on my shoulder on March 8, 2023 in Ottawa. He did it with such precision and meticulousness that everyone around me was surprised. His warmth and beauty as a doctor and person is also very rare. He will forever be in my heart with his excellently performed surgery that will facilitate my long-awaited quality of life.

I had a shoulder surgery with Dr. Foster and he is amazing. Very kind and helpful, knowledgeable, and a very skilled surgeon. AMAZING SURGEON! If you're having shoulder surgery go with Dr. Prudhomme Foster. I was so impressed by him and his team. anytime you called you spoke to someone who could answer your questions. Pre surgery appointment was scheduled for 3 hours to meet anasethologist and nurses, discuss the surgery more, and have X-rays of the shoulder. The organization skills are the best with him and his team. received a prescription weeks in advance to get a shoulder sling and ice machine fitted to me well before surgery. I hope I never have go to through shoulder surgery again but if I do it will be with this doctor. Impressed!
