Sadly I would have to agree with many of the negative reviews here as I just had a similarly negative experience. The whole experience is a headache from beginning until end. Any questions raised about parking is met with a cold "well what do you expect, you're downtown" snark. Calls take forever to get returned. Manager is checked out impatient and unfriendly. The appointment started late And then I was ushered out of my appointment like cattle. Only redeeming quality is the nice check-in/check-out girls. Will be getting a referral for another Dermatology clinic.

Dr. Hanna is not a good dermatologist.

I went in with all the telltale signs of a damaged moisture barrier after months using benzol peroxide to clear up my acne. Dr. Hanna seemed completely unfamiliar with this fairly common condition, and seemed to disagree that it was even possible. Furthermore, if I hadn't known any better and followed his advice (further treatment with harsh acne treatments, even accutane WTF, instead of letting the skin heal), I would have damaged my skin even further, most likely irreparably. He didn't listen to me at all, I told him about my symptoms (dehydrated irritated skin), he told me that was normal and that's just the way my skin would be from now on, which was completely disheartening (and not true thankfully). His big suggestion was to buy the $150 moisturizer that is sold out of the clinic, Skinceuticals, which I'm sure he gets a kickback from for referrals. His overall attitude as well was very dismissive, and it seemed like he was just trying to get through patients as quick as possible.

Thankfully the next dermatologist knew exactly how to treat my skin (simple ingredient moisturizing only), and was much more professional.

It's honestly scary to think that if I hadn't done at least a baseline of research, and I had followed this doctors terrible advice, my skin would have been irreparably damaged. With how much self image is tied to mental health, it's incredibly irresponsible for a doctor practicing dermatology to be this misinformed. I believe that Dr. Hanna should at least seek additional training, or preferably be medically disbarred.

In my experience thus far with Dr. Hanna, he has been a wonderful clinician and done much to help me and my plight with chronic and severe psoriasis. I have been a patient for many years now. He has always been professional and kind in his demeanor. I would recommend him.

I have found Dr Hanna to be a very sympathetic and kind Doctor.
He is very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable .

He truly believes he is a very good doctor, at least this is the impression that I got after talking to Dr. Hanna. After coming for a consultation and being his patient I beg to differ. His total time looking at my skin was less than 20 seconds. Instead, he spent much more time looking at medical documents prepared by other doctors in the past, and giving me advice that was not asked for and had nothing to do with my need to see a dermatologist. I got the impression that he is giving me a great favor and the consultation is really about him, not my skin problems.
What a waste of my time :-(

Tries to sell you cosmetic procedures. Doesn't spend much time with you or show much interest. Seems to only be interested in money

Avoid this dermo. Runs late - no respect for patients time, limited knowledge - has to refer to books - unpleasant manner where the meeting is really all about him! Quite extraordinary.

He is an excellent physician ans acaring doctor.
