He’s a lier , he will tell you one in person and go tell the insurance company different thing .. meaning after car accident he will say yeah , you’re in pain and talk to your insurance company and they will work with you to stay off work until your better and then .. tell Insurance company .. she’s fine and can go back to work .. don’t trust him

Dr. Khan has been my GP for about 15 years. He's a good doctor. Always helpful, thorough and he also comes across as a nice person.

I’ll start with the staff- horrendous. The secretary treats you like she is granting you the biggest favour by simply answering the phone. God forbid you have the audacity to pester her with a question and not just an appointment time. My word. I can not even begin to imagine how those experiencing mental health crisis or a traumatic loss/medical issue must feel while attempting to gain access to the doctor through this awful humans gait keeping tendencies.

The Nurse- Generally a kind individual. Seems to treat people well elderly, children and in between. I often hope to hear from her for appointments over the doctor himself.

Now Dr.Khan, I think at one point this man cared. I’m not sure if he’s become jaded with the profession over the years, or if he is scared from the previous legal actions against him. But his practice of doing the bare minimum gets old, quickly. His constant nonchalant attitude towards symptoms, or serious issues is just down right irritating. Passing off serious concerns with people with the lazy mindset of you can’t be that bad you’re too young! The refusal to refer a female to an OBGYN for tubal ligation for years until the husband comes in requesting vasectomy, then sending the original referral for the female is nothing but misogynistic bologna. The amount of discomfort, pain, suffering, and serious issues I’ve seen multiple family members go through over the 40+ years with this doctor is just sickening. We are glad to be gone. Save yourself the trouble and go to a drop in clinic. The wait is well worth the proper attitude and care you’d expect from a doctors office.

I have gone to Dr Khan for years. Tara and him are both so professional, kind and helpful. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor and her as his nurse. The front end staff has changed a few times over the years and is always insanely busy, but they do what they can to get you in. I appreciate this whole team. Thanks everyone! MK

I have been with Dr. Khan since Dr. Pascoe retired. He has always been kind, considerate, knowledgeable. I had a medical issue that ended up requiring surgery to remove a kidney stone that was hidden. Without his perseverance in sending me for lab test after test - there would have been a very serious problem. When they located the stone, surgery was performed next day. He is the best DR. I have had in my 70 plus years. Now that he has a new and more responsive office staff things have been even better.

I have been a patient of Dr Khan's since he took over from my previous doctor, Dr. Pascoe.
I find him attentive to my problems and concerns and treats me with dignity and respect. No airs of typical doctor arrogance noted! He refers me to specialists as required and appears to have a genuine concern for my well being.
With respect to the office staff, in the past they have been rude, unaccomodating and give me the impression I am wasting their valuable time!
In fairness, I have seen an improvement as of late however more improvement is warranted.

He’s been my family doctor for years. Listens well and is very helpful with any concerns I have and referrals if necessary. It can be hard to get ahold of the receptionist to make an appointment but I think that’s just life, my husbands doctors office if like that too.

Impossible to get a hold of the office. Voicemail box always full. They never pick up the phone. Very restrictive reception hours so even going in person to make an appointment is difficult. It honestly doesn't matter how good Dr. Kahn is or isn't, this practice as a business is absolutely terrible.
