Arranged for a Synvisc knee injection. Doc changed order to Synvisc 1. Lots of pain in shin bone, calf and knee. No pain with Synvisc. Still have pain after several months. He had someone else give injection. So dumb, doc had to reposition needle. Have heard some doctors are paid by corporate to push their meds. Read long article on Synvisc 1. Last line of article, in bold letters said NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE”. I think I was a test body for their untested product.
Amazing what some people will do for a buck. On a scale of 1-10, I give him -1.

Did surgery on my wife made the problem worse. Didn't get pre authorization from insurance to do surgery and told us it wasnt needed, now we are stuck with about 30,000 in bills. Our insurance said they would have paid all of it if his office would have done the pre auth. How can you trust a doctor with your health that will leave you with a bill like this because of his office negligence Beware‼️

He was going to be 45 min late to apt and i couldn't wait. Stuff happens, fine. But his staff were bordering on being jerks in telling me I could either wait or reschedule for 15 days later.

A lot of things were not explained to me regarding recuperation time frames and what to expect. His office staff takes 2 days or longer to get back with you with any questions you may have.

Have had nothing but problems with my knee after his surgery. Looking for another surgeon to correct the first surgery.

I went to him for a knee surgery after dislocating my knee. He was great! Made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Everything was done in a timely manor. I have had no issues since and it's been almost 5 yrs! I highly recommend!

He is so ego based on himself it's unbelievable. His operating theatre gave me a staph infection which he never apologized for. It cost me 6 months of agony and long term damage. His office is totally disorganized and has no sense of customer care. Worst doctor I have ever been eased to.

I have now had a double knee replacement done and roatator cuff surgury done by Dr. Galakatos. In both cases I recovered quickly and the pain of years was gone. He is an excellent surgion. He knows what he is doing and I trust him completely.

Had an accident in '98 fixed my leg good. I have permantent foot damage from neglegent care. My femer and tibia had to eventually be rebroken and striaghtened. If you need more than a bandaid go elsewhere.

Dr Greg Galakatos is a great surgeon. I almost had my foot cut off and he was able to allow me to walk again. Other doctors want to amputate my foot and he saved it. I would highly recommend.
