-I’ve heard him absolutely scream at his receptionist for asking time off, so unprofessional.
-he’s forgotten to book an urgent appointment with a specialist, making my wait time for the specialist an extra month longer
- when removing a mole, I was almost screaming in pain feeling the cut of the knife, and he told me to be tough because that’s never happened to another patient.
-the scar after removing a mole on my friend was the size of a toonie, while the mole was the size of a pencil eraser.
- I had a very common condition, and he had never heard of it. Google and my friends told me what it was and how to deal with it.
-wait times when you call his receptionist are averaging 10-15 mins on the phone, and when you are at his office you will be waiting minimum 45 mins on average. One time I had to wait 45 minutes at 2:00 to wait for him to finish his lunch.
Very very unprofessional, and multiple other patients of his that I know are questioning if he even has official credentials .

I have been seeing Dr
Demian for several years and have developed a good rapport

Have had both in person and telephone appointments

I am able to get appointments within reasonable times depending on my concerns.
If my concerns are beyond his knowledge as a GP he is quick to send a referral to a specialist.

Thankful to have a doctor and stall who care

Dr. Demian actually listens to me as a patient. He is very keen and genuine in his wanting to find the source of any illness. He's also willing to try treatments before prescribing medications which I appreciate. I'm so thankful to have a Dr. I can trust.

Gets irritated and is rude , stops you if you ask him questions. Wants you to book another appointment if you have more than one ailment. Makes funny faces, massive mood swings.

I have had chronic bladder infection for years! I went to Dr Demian with the concern and he listened to what I said and took time to understand my needs. After a few weeks of antibiotics I can say I haven’t had a bladder infection in over 2 years! I am so great full that I found him! All his staff is excellent and the pharmacist is truly a five star service.

To all the girls saying he tells you your good looking, if you have a bf or gf and if not why not, don't feel to flattered cause he says that to me all the time and I'm a guy. He says you must have lots of girls wanting to be girlfriend. I was a bit weirded out by it at first but then I just figured that he doesn't experience that in his life so he's genuinely curious on what it's like, I donno.
Or maybe that's hopeful thinking when in reality the reason is more sinister lol🤷🏼.
At first I thought he was rude but over time I thought he was super nice and friendly and a overall good Dr.
I'm not going to lie I was a little hurt when I found out that I wasn't the only one he told was beautiful 😔. 😂

I first saw Dr. Demian about 5 years ago when I went to him when it was walk in clinic. During that appointment he asked if I needed a family doctor in the area as we had just moved there. I said yes as I also had a newborn and wanted a doctor nearby. I am so glad I went with him! He has always been attentive, helpful, and eager to help my family resolve any health issues we have dealt with since then. He is very good at putting my kids at ease anytime they've needed a check up, and he's always taken care to follow up with me about any potential health concerns. Recently he has been working with me to deal with a complex issue and he's always been readily available and willing to work with me to come up with a treatment plan that will be effective. All around the best doctor and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Dr was thorough and competently completed required procedure. He expressed frustration when he was late for my appointment and complained of his busy schedule. This is uncharacteristic because his demeanour at previous appointments was friendly and relaxed.
