I believe this office of internal medicine, is not beneficial for our seniors as patients have to wait for a very long time before being seen by a Doctor. I wish they could also improve their blood draw area to a more ergonomically way of convenience, as everyone who has to have their blood work done at this location has to stand up against a wall and wait for their name to be called. There are no seats, chairs or benches for these patients to wait while other patients are being waited on. This to me is very disturbing as most patients are using walkers and other assistive devices which makes it inconvenient for the patient. A few of these Drs do not want to listen to their patients needs or about their illness's and yet they provide a pamphlet that says "Speak up" ..for the sake of all patients and Doctors, because they would like the patient and Doctor to work as a team. How can you benefit with an office of staff and Doctors that are not willing to listen to the patient.
