Obviously a good surgeon, however that's where the positives end.
Arrogant, rude, doesn't listen, zero compassion towards patients that are living with permanent injury.
Terrible bedside manner, doesn't explain situation very well, I can go on and on.

His staff are great on a positive note.

I would not recommend James.

We waited nearly an hour to be seen by James Leong, only to be treated like dirt. He was rude, abrupt and pretentious, not to mention unprofessional (answered 2 personal phone calls in the 15mins we were there- callers were clearly phoning in for a casual chat).. If ever we need to see this type of specialist again we will never be going back to this guy
