Never even saw the doctor. Only the technician. They had other peoples medical information out and visible for all the other clients coming in for holter monitors that day…. A list on the table clearly visible showing health card numbers, contact info, names addresses etc. The room where the holter was put on was filthy and dusty filled with discarded equipment and boxes of supplies. The entire building seemed dirty. To top it off, the receptionist was the most miserable condescending office person I have ever come in contact with. I guess on the upside she treated everyone who checked in after me with the same amount of meanness so it wasn’t a race issue. Oh…. And it’s been a month and I still haven’t received any results from my holter monitor.

As for his staff. The bovine that is working reception will suck your soul if you make eye contact. She is EXTREMELY rude, has zero compassion, and you will probably end hang up the phone crying. No joke. These people coming to the clinic just want to be helped and get healthy, she doesn’t care. She has zero manners, and will degrade you at every turn. My only saving grace is that when she passes she will be rotting in h*ll for eternity.
