My father was admitted in Emergency under the supervision of Dr Gautam Sarkar back in the year 2010. Even though my father was admitted in ICU in the morning, Dr Sarkar visited him at around 11:30 PM. This pissed me off so much that the very next day, I discharged my father on request and admitted him to a different hospital.RSV hospital still has miles to go before it can provide professional quality healthcare services. Their staff lacks knowledge, are ill-mannered and often times will refuse to divulge patient information to relatives. Avoid RSV hospital for serious cases, in fact avoid admitting your relatives and family members at RSV.

Dr. Gautam Sarkar treated my mother Smt Bina Chatterjee, age 82 years, who was told to be attacked by Pneumonia, and was got admitted in RSV Hospital under him. Doctor Gautam Sarkar never comes in RSV Hospital befor 9 or 9-30 PM to check the patients, and on the rest of the time he treats over phone on the basis of the report, as given by the Junior Doctors .Doctor Sarkar treated her with long Colistin application (37 Doses of infussion). That caused her Kidney shut down, pleural effusion and Myopathy along with swelling of face, body, limbs and legs.No effort was made to take out the fluid deposited in and around her Lungs. She was admitted on 16.12.2012. On 07.01.2013, at about 9-40 PM, Dr. Sarkar reported that she has got Respiratory arrest. On 08.01.2013,at 11-15 AM, My mother was reported to get cardiac arrest. NO effort to defibrilate the Cardiac Arrest was reported to us. Thus my mother was killed due to prolonged Colistin application and lack of care and treatment from his part.
