Very busy office, many patients. Treated with courtesy and respect while I was there.

Terrible rude doctor who clearly cares only about rifling patients through as quick as he can. Younger staff seen being equally as rude to older staff member. Lied about an eye drop not being covered by benefits and pushed using a “price reduction” program for said drops. Insensitive during 2 minute exam and rough. Avoid at all costs!!! Surprised this guy still had a license/clinic. The staff working there should be ashamed to be affiliated with this poor excuse of a physician

I had cataract surgery with Dr Bizdech in 2021 and the other eye in 2023. The clinic staff and Dr Bozdech were efficient and professional. The surgery went very well snd i am very pleased with the experience. The clinic and Dr are an asset to Red Deer and i will encourage anyone to go this route. Thank you again Mikoslav!!

I have read many reviews, and my experience was nothing but professional and excellent. Staff were all fantastic. Dr. Bozdech is for sure quiet, but answered all of my questions. My surgery went very well and I have absolutely no complaints. I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I highly rrecommend Dr. Bozdech and his staff.

Exceptionally rude. No consideration for patients needs or conditions. Caregivers can’t go in with patients and mobility assist devices can’t go in either. And don’t even think about talking to the staff about this, they consider this abuse. They’re priority is isolating your loved one a quickly as possible and throwing the caregiver back in parking lot. I left my scared father sitting confused in the waiting room. Not only would I not let this “doctor” operate on a family member, I will be reporting to college of physicians and surgeons.

I was referred after a routine eye exam where I was told my optic nerves were swollen and my headaches could be a result of this. Bozdech told me he wasn't a headache doctor and I should go see one of those instead of him. Good news, after a 30second look, my optic nerves aren't swollen. Not a pleasant experience overall, hope I never have to go back.

Useless. Not sure how this guys is still in Business. Stay far, far away. Firstly we waited 5 months for a call back from his office. He neglected my mother and told us she was to far gone for cataract surgery. Was so rude to me on the phone and I had never met him. Blamed us and her full term care facility for letting her eyes get so bad. Interesting enough Dr. Seamone from Alberta Retina in Edmonton said the case was actually quite simple. Think it’s time for this doctor ( if you can call him that) to retire!!! Zero stars.

I was reading the comments. I thought it was me. He's a damned savage animal. Haven't slept for a week. When I reported about him on Facebook he phoned me and blamed me. That negative energy floats around the community. Is this not enough for Alberta health services to step in. I feel awfull for the other patients.

After waiting a year for surgery I left because I was informed you have to order and pay for lenses in advance . You can’t pay for them at the appointment. Now back on the waiting list for another year. No explanation or information was given in advance.

I've been seeing Dr. Bozdech for a few years. Very professional office and staff. And he knows his stuff!
