I had Hep C tests done and they told me they were negative. They were not. I had Hep C and it took another doctor getting my records to find out that I had it and needed treatment. If I had kept going to this doctor, I would have died years ago because of his ineptitude! Be sure you have another Dr. look at you tests. I also was on 15 times the amount of thyroid meds under him. My hair was falling out and had mental problems from such high doses of thyroid meds!

This is the most unprofessional practice I have seen. My adult son went in with a mole that looked very much like melanoma. The doc didn't want to be bothered. When my son insisted on treatment, they did a botched job of removing the mole, did prep the site, didn't provide pain meds, and did zero for wound care. Make sure you have an attorney lined up before you go here.

Worst family med dr. I've ever been to. Instead of talking to a patient about a situation he sends his medical office assistant in to give messages that make no sense. At first, I thought he was really nice. But then I realized it's all about socializing to him. If you have a medical condition other than a cold or the flu I'd seriously go somewhere else!

Found this practice to be very unprofessional. Waited nearly a month for an appt. Then 3 days before appt. "someone" rescheduled appt. without consulting or notifying patient. At that point, decided other practices would be more satisfactory.

dont drs know the first impression of their office is who sits at the front? i worked in a medical office and loved the patients and would have never treated people like this clinic does.

I agree with the previous post. Dr. Conaway is a terrific doctor. In fact, I will go as far as to say he's been one of the favorites I have ever had (the other favorite being my childhood pediatrician). But the front office girls are RUDE and nasty toward their customers. Most times I wont even get a 'hello', and I never get eye contact when they actually do speak to me. Most times they just hand you a chart to sign in, then the really foul one (the older gal with the bad tan) usually speaks into her computer screen when asking for your insurance/info. The only thing that combats the snotty women is the young man that greets you at the door. Fire the two up front and put him behind the desk. At least he makes you feel welcome there!
