He is rude condescending and gave no care about my condition. Said it wasn’t my problem as it’s causing all sorts of life problems, gave me complete disregard.
He would not even discuss giving me a referral for a second opinion.
After I questioned him on why as he’s not a specialist in my diagnosis, he said we were done, nothing he could do and ushered me out. Complete waste of time.

I seen Dr. For 10 minutes. I seen him because of brain fog, problems putting thoughts together, memory. Loss of sense smell & taste. I had COVID 2X. And wad Septic 3X. In hospital 4 different occasions. Started having Anxiety & increased Depression. All of this started 2 years ago. He talked with me, had me walk, & checked my reflexes. He then told us that this was not from COVID. He said he would run some tests & would meet with us when all was done. I had blood drawn, 2 tests in office, MRI in Sioux City. A referal to a Neuropsychologist. Aimee Kliewer. I was at office for 4 hours. At the end of testing she talked with my husband & me. I told us preliminary report was Parkinsons. Not Dementia. She would put report online. One week later my report said nothing was in it about Parkinsons. Only about my poor activity in test. Cognitive changes. My low scores. I was hard to test. Wants to see me on 18 to 24 months to re-evaluate. Said my anxiety enterfered with results. Called her office to talk to her. Returned call a day later. Asked about Parkinsons. She informed the results were sent to Dr. She does not order medication. She was curt & short with me. I called Dr. Zimprich's office for return appointment. I received a message from nurse with no need to see. I had read reviews of Dr. which was not good. This was a total waste of time, driving an hour 2 times for visit & testing. I came away from this experience that I was stupid & Anxiety caused my results from testing. Neither office sent reports to my refering NP. I feel the Doctor did not follow up with me. Left me hanging . Very horrible experience. I feel it was all from mental health problems. This was the worst experience I've ever had from a Dr. I would never recommend him to anyone. I was a RN for 43 years.

Was seen for a condition that was diagnosed about 5 yrs ago and was told I didn't have it, told me was going to be taking me off all meds. He saw for about 15 min mind you, the information he gave me was terribly wrong and can prove so. Do not waste your time.

He acted like he didn’t care to help. He suggested that it was anger issues or male hormones. My husband has tried 4 different seizure medications He is having real seizures, especially if he doesn’t take a seizure medication.

I would not recommend Dr. Zimprich to anyone! He expressed no real interest in helping me and even suggested it was all in my head. After a few appointments with Dr. Zimprich I found a new neurologist. The new dr was about to diagnose/treat me right away. He was VERY surprised that Dr. Zimprich had not been able to figure out what was wrong. What was going on with me was serious/potentially life threatening but easily fixable.

Did not help. Not empathetic. The dr that was on call for him from his office was terrible. Took me off one medication and loaded me up full force. Not what is the correct thing to do.

He treats me for my MS and I was having a replase and he just told me that it was in my head...he takes forever to get back to me when I am having a new symptom and time is important when it comes to MS. I feel like I annoy him when I have a relapse and that I should find someone else but I don't know who.

terrible experience, put me off on my diagnosis of MS because someone wasn't available to give a certain test for 3 weeks, had a terrible relapse in the meantime, he took forever to diagnose what my family dr already told me I had, then after I was diagnosed he made me do my own research on what medication to use, to give a basic breakdown, my family dr already told me I have MS, the neuro just needed to confirm it, it took almost a month to do that, the delay caused me a serious relapse and a lot of missed work, and then he made me pick a medication, plus he still pushes MRI's on me when I don't need them and am doing great, neither him or his staff seem to care about the patients, its business only!!!

Great neurologist - treats me for MS. Diagnosed it correctly right away - always takes however much time I want/need. Answers all of my questions, and he's very caring. Would and have sent others to him!
