I prefer seeing Zoe instead of my family doctor. I find her to be much more open, easy to talk to about concerns, empathetic and helpful. I never wait long in the waiting room or in the treatment room. She listens to your concerns and helps figure out a treatment plan. I find her very knowledgeable and I enjoy seeing her.
The younger receptionist needs an attitude adjustment but that isn't Zoe's fault. I get stressed out just having to call to book the appointment and always hope I talk to Lois when I call since she seems a little more helpful.
