Dr Damji is a nice dr but my whole experience wasnt good... not the greatest at follow up, front desk hard to get a hold of and use an internet tool for dialogue for which i never received emails. wait times are long, vm is too long and not very efficient overall...never got a resolution for my issue which i am 3 1/2 yrs into ... always got handed off to speak to another practioner or nurse ... sorry to say i cant say anything positive about this clinic

Dr Damji is a very nice, smart, super personable and friendly doctor. He really does care for his patients. Unfortunately however, the clinic is beyond awful. You can never get a hold of a secretary, the appointments are often misscheduled, you will wait minimum 60-90 min if you see him in person. It’s so poorly run. It makes it difficult to want to stay here since there are so many hurdles to actually seeing him! CV FHT needs to seriously step it up.

The secretary and staff at this family health team are beyond incompetent. You are always on hold for over an hour, your appointments aren’t scheduled properly, the clinic is very poorly managed and you will guaranteed to waiting for 60-90 minutes for your phone call appointment OR in person.
Dr Damji himself is nice, and knowledgeable but unfortunately his clinic and secretaries especially are AWFUL.
Please consider training your staff properly.

I moved to Credit Valley Health Team for a team environment with a robust complement of medical services. I have received nothing short of poor care, lack of response, over 3 weeks to get Rx renewal, inaccurate records, etc. Answering machine that takes 5 minutes to listen to the prelim message to get to the selection. Horribly not impressed with this Family Health Clinic. If you are looking for a complement of medical services, this is not an environment that you will provide care, wellness or accuracy. There is to be care 24/7 and much of the time the phones are never answered. Healthcare requires so much patient advocacy, here you will already have poor advocacy before you even walk in the door. Not recommended at all.
