Went into emergency as i have been extremely nauseous, vomiting, lost 20 pounds in the past 2 months, weakness, cant even keep down water. He dismissed me saying that no one would do testing other than bloodwork for me unless ive quit marajuana for 6 weeks. There was no discussion about dehydration, what to do in the meantime. I had to force him to give me something in which he gave me something for heartburn, not nausea. Forced him to give me a referral to a specialist after he repeatedly said no. He also told me literally word for word “if it was something serious you would have dropped dead by now.” He was extremely unprofessional, sat in the patient chair, legs crossed, i was unsure if he was even a doctor. He made me very uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with the care I received.

I recently went to lakeridge health emerg with shortness of breath and Dr. Moss spoke to me with such compassion and respect and knew right away what was wrong with me before sending me for any tests. He sent me for bloodwork and a CT to confirm and he was 100% and was so kind when he gave me his diagnosis. I’m so thankful he took the time to care for me and send me for the necessary tests.

Just an horrible person, with zero bedside manners, I don't think he even likes people so why choose a profession that requires compassion and understanding for humans.

I met him at the Oshawa Hospital ER, he didn't have a clue what is wrong with me and he didn't even tried to find out what is the root cause of this issue, no suggestion, no test, no treatment, nada!
Just give me a prescription that I could get from a pharmacist in 5 min but I had to wait 3.5 hrs to get that!

I went in for a headache that I’d had for two weeks straight. He didn’t want to do anything. As if tumours don’t exist. Said I’m too young for something like that.. ok?? So I didn’t get a CT, I got toradol and metoclopramide and sent home 🙃

Thisndr actually took the time to ask me what was wrong. I've been having pains now for 7 weeks when I saw him. He took a full blood panel and knew something wasn't right and then told me that he wanted to order a bone scan. Even tho they are understaffed and over worked he still took the time to try and figure out where the pain was coming from as I couldn't lay down, sit comfortably or breath deeply. Bone scan was completed and now awaiting results. This man is a great doctor :)

Took my son to Ajax Pickering Lakeridge - Emerg and Dr Farley Moss diagnosed him with a “bacterial infection” without collecting any specimens to confirm that he indeed had a bacterial infection! Antibiotics were prescribed but no idea what he prescribed the medication for. Utterly disappointed!

Thank you for the fantastic follow up care, arranging appts. and so on. A very caring doctor , listens to all concerns, very calming when I saw him in the ER.
