I am a new patient of dr tang and just bought my first pair of glasses there also! Staff is very helpful and honest when I was trying on frames, they had a huge selection to choose from. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nancy and I must say what an awesome person. She has great customer service skills , down to earth, and spent the time helping me without that pushy sakes person feeling! My frame had broke but it was about 6 months out of the warranty time, but Nancy went above and beyond and got me a new frame which to my surprize she did it as a warranty for me! I am a now a forever patient of dr t , and I hope that the employers recognize their great staff they have and really do take care of their customers!

A very friendly doctor who is takes time to speak to you and explain what is happening. Of all the optometrists that I have visited over the years, she is the best. My wife who is also her patient feels the same.
