Dr. Zern is an amazing doctor. He has answered every one of my phone calls IN PERSON and on the same day. He even spoke to me at length before my daughter was even a patient of his. I was only hoping to get some help finding a primary care doctor for my daughter who was diagnosed with liver problems, but he called me in person and said if I could get things squared away with my insurance he would take her case himself. He is extremely kind and treated my daughter and me like human beings instead of as an unsatisfactory income source or some sort of drug addicts/criminals. I've had really bad luck with doctors in general, but Dr. Zern outstrips my wildest dreams for finding the perfect someone to help my daughter.
