Very honest doctor. Explained my knee condition well. He discussed treatments that could be done. I decided for some physio first. I will definitely come back to him for advice and more treatment.

I have a knee with bad arthritis. I consulted on recommendation by my family doctor and he explained my condition and all treatment options. Very pleasant to talk to. I decided to try an injection and my pain is better. Highly recommended!

I went to see Dr. Lansang for a knee problem. After inspecting the knee for 20 seconds, he diagnosed my pain as arthritis. I asked him if I could have an MRI to verify this, he refused to send me for an MRI saying that he already diagnosed my issue and if i wanted i can pay for a my MRI. I told him that it can't hurt to verify this with the MRI. He took offense to this and walked out of the room. I went for an MRI from another Dr and found out I had a torn meniscus. This Dr is highly unprofessional, lacks knowledge and people skills.

The best Orthopedics I know of. If you need TKR, he is the one to see and have it done in shortest possible time

Saw this doctor for pain in my shoulder from a torn muscle. He explained the situation and suggested a good physio program to build up strength in the shoulder. He also suggested an injection for pain but decided to given physio a try first. Would definitely come back to him. Punctual and very considerate. Busy clinic though.

I was told when I saw him that I had Bursitis in my hip.He never compared one hip with the other one.(something that was done by two other Specialists). This would have shown him that prescribing Physiotherapy,Message Therapy and Acupuncture.Really wasn't the best prognosis.I never should have mentioned that I had a Benefit Package. He did honestly say to me that none of this may be helpful.

So I went where the Specialist told me to go.
When finally,I could barely walk.I decided to try a Chiropractor to see if through manipulation if could do what others couldn't.He said, the area is hot and you need a second opinion.
I got a second opinion 8 months later.A Orthopedic Specialist in Mississauga x-rayed both hips and showed my wife and I where there was a opening that wasn't in my left hip.
We had a PreOp at Credit Valley Hospital but unfortunately I had an impacted tooth before the surgery date.So it got bumped and then Covid hit.I zoomed in weight not being able to walk more than 800 steps a day.He saw me and said,I only have 1 helper.
This past August,Dr.Igor Safir,of Mount Sinai Hospital, performed a Replacement Hip Surgery.
He was both professional and personal.I do that him for that.He told me the hip was beyond needing replacement.
I can now walk with a cane with little to no pain.Dr.Safir,Dr.Lansang needs you to train how to read an x-ray properly.

Just saw Dr. Lansang for my traumatic workplace injury. He kept downplaying everything and not fully understanding my injury. He had the audacity to compare my MRI results with other sport athletes. Which is unprofessional, because heavy lifting injuries are different from running, golfing, etc. Even though he has good ratings, his demonstration of understanding of overgrown lumbar ligaments was very poor. He appeared eager to rush out and attend the next patient.

Terrible doctor with no empathy. Waited months to see him and he basically said I don’t know to everything I asked and said he could not help me. Wouldn’t offer a suggestion or any type of solution. It felt like I had to beg for help and incredibly degrading. I hope he reads this to know how terrible he is.
