Trying to get prescriptions renewed when the refills run out is stressful. The pharmacy is required to send a fax. When no one responds to the first fax, the pharmacy sends a second fax after 3 days and informs the patient to phone the physicians office with an urgent request. The patient has to pay $15 to the pharmacy for an emergency refill when patients run out of medication. How does $15 give the pharmacy authorization to issue the medication in an emergency when clinic staff can’t give authorization over the physician?

Dr Cucan took care of my mother during her Palliative care.The doctor was always available to our family and her care and concern made it easier for us during this very difficult time.I have nothing but praise for this doctor and wish there were more like her who take the time to listen to their patients and the patient’s family.

I have been seeing Dr. Cucan for years. She's a excellent Doctor. She doesn't sugar coat things, she will let you know if a test is needed or how much medication to be taking. Both my kids have been going to her since they were born and she has been great with them. The negative comments on here aren't true and are most likely from people who want to go on short term at work and she doesn't feel they need it ( Which most don't ) I would recommend this doctor as well as her Partner to anyone.

Dr. Cucan is very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and to give you the knowledge and support needed. She’s great.

This physican is not trustworthy. She doesn't listen 100% to the symptoms that patients describe or try to describe. I would rate her as subjective & lacking in ethics. Her partner also works in the same practice & seems to have similar tendencies. I would like to understand how both haven't been investigated for negligence?
