I found Dr Williams to be a very rude and uncaring psychiatrist. I was dissatisfied with his treatment of my child and had cause to complain to the HQCC. Dr Williams then proceeded to blatantly lie to the commission. Unfortunately for Dr Williams, when medical records were obtained under the Right to Information Act, it was able to be proven that he lied to the HQCC. I would not recommend this psychiatrist to anyone as I feel he is likely to cause serious harm to them, as he did to my child.
