Most amazing surgeon I've ever had to deal with, without him my son Adam may not be here today, he had a few heart defects and a collapsed lung, you guys stood by my side and help me through all of it I will never forget it. I've told so many how good of the doctor he is. Thank you so much he is graduating grade 8 this summer! And he's healthy. Go for follow-ups every 2 years, he also doesn't mind giving you a diagram so you understand everything that's going on I thought that was awesome too.

My daughter aged 30 died during her surgery I just wish she knew of the complications . She was lead to believe aortic stenosis would be a walk in the park no it wasn't. She was left open all night surgery resumed next day died that evening. She was otherwise healthy with low weight non smoker.

I wish I could give 10 more stars to Dr Maharajh who goes above and beyond when taking care of our son. He successfully operated my 14 day old son and when we had no choice but going to SickKids for the second surgery, he traveled to Toronto to assist. Having a familiar face and knowing Dr Maharajh was going to be there for our son a second time meant the world to us.

Dr. Maharajh saved our daughter's life performing surgery on her when she was 3 days old. Words can't express the compassion and care he showed during this difficult time. Our daughter was hospitalized for 2 months and, although she was later transferred to a different unit, he would come see her on a regular basis. He would also come in to check up on her during off-hours and weekends.
Dr. Maharajh was very honest and clear with us on the risks of the surgery and was always available for questions. We can't say enough this amazing doctor in our community
