pleasant doctor, works hard, told us what we needed to know and made us feel a lot better about the reason we came in to the er. can't thank healthcare workers enough!

He means business when he's working. Knows that he's talking about and let's us know what's going on. Had a great experience. Kept the ER flowing despite it being so busy. Highly recommend!

Ajax emerg is a crap show. Staff are too busy and don’t have time. Only good thing was this doc who was kind to us listened and explained things. Got some testsuu done and he reassured us…at least got some peace of mind.

I saw Dr. Chung at Birchmount ER and presented him with ongoing shoulder, leg inflammation and pain. He was condescending and made me feel like I was an idiot for wasting his time and the hospital resources with what he considered a non-emergency. After dismissing me I told him that coming there was a waste of f-ing time. As I left I heard him say "some people just want you to fix all their problems" to all other waiting patients and staff. I just wanted some understanding, maybe some pain relief and maybe some blood work to find out why my body is having this autoimmune inflammatory reaction. What I ended up with was a condescending , uncaring, unprofessional narcissist
who shouldn't be patient facing in any hospital. What an embarrassment and thoroughly unhelpful. If only I could give him zero stars.

went to scarborough and was see by this doc. had a good experience. quick, efficient and knew what he was doing. couldn't have asked for a better experience. will be back (if needed)

I was attended to by Dr Chung in Ajax Pickering Hospital, who was very tardy when seeing patients with no discussion on what he was seeing and misdiagnosed me with terrible results.

Waited a long time in the er but this doc was patient with us and great with my kid. She was crying and inconsolable but he found a way to get along with her and make her laugh. He explained things to us so we would understand. Thanks!

Took my kid to the ED, this dr didn't even assess the pt properly. My kid was experiencing excruciating abdominal pain for the past week with continous diarrhea and vomiting. We took him to Toronto general turns out he had a life threatening condition
