terrible staff and terrible doctor. she only treats what the lab work shows that she orders. does not listen to the pt and their symptoms. very rude office staff. Seems to be the way Vanderbilt is going

Dr. didn't have the right program to look at my ultrasound results. Disregarded the tests that my regular Dr. had done that showed that my thyroid levels were out balance. She disregarded all of my questions. Even though she claimed to be able to feel the cyst on my thyroid and stated that I would need to have it biopsied and drained, she later called and said that once she was able to view that ultrasound films that there was no cyst and that the blood work that she had run showed no problem with my thyroid levels. I will not be going back to her and would STRONGLY suggest that anyone thinking about going to her go to someone else.
