I never mind having to wait in the clinic to see this doctor. He is very, very thorough and knowledgeable not to mention funny with a great sense of style.
The staff at Hardin medical are very nice.
I moved here about 3 years ago and am so happy to have found a doctor of his caliber. I have an autoimmune disease that greatly affects my day to day quality of life. Dr. Arruj works with other members of my medical team also.

Dr Arruj is our family doctor, we originally used Dr Osegbue and without saying too much he was terrible. Dr Arruj has always been a friendly face, knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your needs and works with you, not tells you what he wants and or you want to hear. To be honest I personally don't think we could find a better doctor, I has the same doctor back home all of my life and was definitely happy to have found Arruj when we came out here. Of course like all offices now with the increased demand you will in fact sometimes wait and or have to wait longer if you want to see Arruj and not one of his of colleagues. We always request this if time permits and never have an issue. If there were more doctors like Arruj around I feel everyone would be having a better experience. The guy is very personable, knowledgeable and will laugh with you. Keep up the great work Doc!

If you’re lucky enough to actually have Arruj (not some random person each time who hardly speaks English) than congrats. My problem each time was never resolved, only told acid reflex pills and anti depressants when that wasn’t even my issue. Allergy test a doctor told me I’m allergic to milk, I asked if all dairy or just milk specific as I thought it was an odd thing, and he got rude with me for asking a question. The acid reflex solution I went back a few times, and no result, found out it’s actually schatzki ring but they were too in a rush to actually properly diagnose and listen to what I had to say and insisted I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will not go back, the clinics have been wonderful and I have nothing good to say about this office who doesn’t want to give anyone the time of day.

We have been in Fort McMurray for over 18 years and Dr. Arruj is one of the best doctors that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Very thorough, gets to the bottom of everything and takes the time to explain in a manner that you can understand.

Leaves his office still signed into his computer, just at a glance i could see everyone who was being seen that day and any notes in their files. A motivated person could have skimmed through the entire directory and caused all sorts of havoc. At best it was very unprofessional, at worst a serious privacy and security risk.

Very dismissive and rushes to leave the office. Acts very nice to your face and then leaves notes in your file like "SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!" Just because youre persistent about a problem that continually tells you to ignore. Is it rude to want a decent standard of care and to actually be heard?

Good doctor BUT! He doesn't spend time on patients and instead suggests to find family doctor, well there aren't many good doctors in Fort McMurray hence we are going to walk-ins!

Great Dr. Very helpful, He is knowledgeable and explains well about the health conditions and gives good advice on your conditions. Very helpful in explaining health conditions to My Mother.
such a good person down to earth, I recommend him if you have old parents who need extra care and better understanding of health condition, please visit him.
