I have been going to Dr. Arnel since I was a kid and now take my own children to him, my mom, and Grandma even go to him. Dr. Arnel has always been fantastic, and helpful, as have the staff.

Like Dr Arnel just fine, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired! They are not friendly, they come off as sarcastic and rude and they made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. I would have thought that their job was to assist patrons, but I guess I’m wrong? Seem lazy and annoyed, and it’s like that every time I go in. Dr Arnel goes from friendly to down to business. Never had a problem with him personally. The office staff make me consider going elsewhere every time I go in though.

So happy I chose this office to go to. Was debating offices in Tillsonburg & London, I was recommended here because of the fast turn around of getting back prescription glasses. I already had my prescription but I needed unique frames. Found them while there. Made within 5 days. Easy.

Always a pleasure to be helped by Dr. Arnel. My appointment was a reschedule, and they didn’t have any issues when I had too. Very flexible office. Glasses were made fast also.

He is very pleasant but useless if you need examination with correct results.
He told my son that he doesn’t need glasses but his vision was very poor and he endet up getting glasses for driving prescribed from a different optometrist,
My husband received a prescription with wrong values and ended up with glasses that needed new lenses
The fact that his rating is so high on this site makes me hesitant to use this site as a tool to search for a new optometrist
