They would try to add extra procedures that are not "necessary" just to bill more to the insurance company and to yourself. Of course, they will tell you that these procedures would be performed in different visits that you have to schedule in limited office hours (Mo-Thur 8:30-4:30). It's simple: the more you go to the office, the more their earnings will be; disregard whether they come out of pocket or through an insurance, it is just a waste of your time and a lack of transparency on their end. Finally, when you realize this all and decide to run away with your results, they will charge you $35 for duplicating the X-Rays you got in their office. You will be better off paying any Groupon Dental Exam and Cleaning (around $25-40) and have it all done in one session rather than going to this office to be treated as a "box of potential billing codes"

Horrible desk front receptionist ... makes billing mistakes every time... doesn't apologize - makes excuses instead - tries to leave early or get out of doing work...office is old, equipment old from the 1970s ... they don't care ... they live off old patients they've had for years that come from across the street's retirement village and don't know any better or are too elderly to know what to expect...icky place and service... They close whenever they don't have an appointment scheduled, so you can almost never get a hold of them...
