Made appt with doctor waited over 30 days for app't. Then get email for confirmation that I was to see a different doctor. Called and their response was I didn't make app't with Dr Li and I don't even know who other doctor was besides his name, I cancelled app't by email and text. Then I keep getting texts about app't confirmation nonstop which I cancelled, then phone calls to confirm cancellation. Nobody knew what was even happening. Can't imagine what it would be like if I did come to see any doctor at the office. Staff is deplorable!!
