Didn't Schedule us when they made the appointment, the doctor is very demeaning and doesn't make you feel comfortable and is mean in general not a pleasing attitude to deal with either and not helpful with my mental health illnesses and my two sons special needs doesn't care about our situation or what I deal with so I got a new one I gave him the benefit but continuous mistakes and not helping get what I need done as in paperwork and saying i have to pay $180 ....90 each for my sons DTC forms when my cfs worker gave me a paper that they pay them but he said twice to my support worker nope we don't do that. SO yeah I don't recommend this place and normally i don't complain about anything but I need to give people the heads up dont give this man your health to look after because he could care less.

Staff did not schedule the Appointment time correctly. Waited over an hour after the scheduled time. Doctor spent most of the meet & Greet entering data on hi computer. Was not interested in my situation. Condescending and a little rude. Was only interested in what he had to say and what meds he will cut off as they were not to his standard. Not Surprized he is accepting new patients. DO NOT Reccomend

If he has been practicing for over 2 years, red flag for me that he is still accepting patients. He is very rude he even rolled his eyes because I made an error when asked a question. I am only human. The office is quite dreary. The Pharmacist seems desperate for business. In my opinion he is only there for the money. Stay away.

Staff can be a little hard to understand at times but friendly, and I have never had to wait after scheduling an appointment.

He comes across as a nice Dr. at first, but when he is performing simple physical tests, he seems to be irritable, and is only focused on getting you out of his office asap. He is rude and dismissive of problems, quick to write a prescription without providing an explanation. He has no patience and poor listening skills. I think that helping people is the last thing on Dr. Rezk's mind. Avoid this Dr. at all cost! The entire office seems a bit shady.

Called and asked to speak with my Family Doctor. Was told he is not in he office. Was advised he usually is in 2 days a week if that. Was refused to speak with Doctor and hung up on multiple times. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Doctor is never in the office. When you call to make appointment has to be around 11AM as that is the only time the doctor wants to be there (if he has to be there). When getting test results do not expect the doctor to be there for any questions. The assistant will call to provide results, if you have questions no doctor at all to provide support.

Just terrible! Avoid at all costs. Very rude and just wants you out the door to get his payday for the appointment. Does not care about his patients at all.
