Absolutely horrible. Condescending and rude, laughed at me and refused to give me the bloodwork I asked for. I have no idea how she is still practicing.

I know Dr. Dorota Marczuk since she was a medical student and she is still our family Doctor.
In my years of experience as her patient, I have found her to be very caring, attentive and knowledgeable in her care and services to my family and surely to other patients as well.

Her staff - one receptionaist - is uncaring, disinterested and unhelpful. You may as well speak to a robot. There is no way of leaving a message or asking for an appointment, she will tell you to do it on line.

-Only cares about the bottom line.
-Always feels rushed.
-Didn't reach out about blood work I had done.
-Wont refill prescriptions via the pharmacy, forces you to make an appointment.
I usually prefer going to the walk in clinic.

This doctor is rude, uncompassionate and abuses her staff. I have heard her saying verbally abusive things to her previous receptionist several times. She only cares about money and doesn't listen to health concerns. She charges money for every thing she can possibly think of. She should go practice in a profit driven health care system maybe in the USA instead because this is not good care and she is too greedy to work for a universal health care system.

They screw up prescriptions. The receptionist is incompetent. She's changing the hours of the clinic without notice. Steer clear of this Doctor. She is also rude.
