How can there be so many negative comments about his staff....yet he keeps them? Do they have dirt on him? Nice guy but too bad his staff is insufferable.

wonderful doctor. I've been going to him for around 15 years now and have always received the best medical advice. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in waiting room.

Dr. Schneider has been my MD for more than 20 years and I am so glad! As commented by others, he digs in to diagnose the root cause of the problem and treats you like a fellow human being. He has helped me through a couple of rough patches medically speaking with his holistic approach. I can recommend him without qualification.

After many years of having the same problem over and over I switched to Dr. Schneider and he resolved the issue. He is one of first Dr. in 10 years to actually try to find the cause of the problem and not just treat the symptoms. Great Dr. I would highly recommend him. The receptionist leaves a bit to be desired and I would not be sad if she were replaced by Dr. Schneider more than makes up for her attitude. There is often a bit of a wait for your appointment but it is because Dr. Schneider listens to his patients and will take the same time with you.

I absolutely do not recommend this office or Dr.Schneider. I have been there twice, and I will never go back. The wait-to-doctor time is literally about 20:1. I was there for over two hours, and spent maybe a grand total of 5 minutes with Dr.Schneider. On top of that, and worst of all, every time I've been it seems Dr.Schneider could not be more bothered by my visit or my questions. It seemed he'd rather be *anywhere* but there. In one visit I had several concerns I really wanted to discuss that I'd written down (a practice condoned by his office I might add). At the second concern, he literally groaned and said something to the effect of "ok, let's get moving here". What Doctor says that?! A Dr. who really doesn't care. I was hoping I caught him on a bad day and my next visit would be better, but no such luck. I was so put off by the experience I actually avoided going for checkups. How awful is that.

This doctor has literally saved my life numerous times when I almost died from anorexia. He has gotten me in numerous eating disorder facilities across the nation and has had me medically hospitalized when necessary. He cares for me, listens to me and addresses all concerns I have. I do have to wait for a bit in the office but it's because he spends as much time as needed with his patients instead of letting insurance companies dictate how long he should spend with patients even though he has to book so many per hour. Its hard to find doctors these days that spend however much time with you as you need. In addition, he is an emotional support in overcoming my eating disorder and does not judge me for my numerous hospitalizations but encourages me to heal.

The Girl who answers the phone needs to be replaced. I have changed doctors because she is always very rude on the phone when you have a question on a bill.

A decent doctor, helpful, intelligent, and generous. His staff could be better, though. One in particular has been consistently rude and unhelpful regarding prescription requests, enough so to make me consider switching doctors. Why work as a receptionist in a doctor's office if you're going to be difficult and argumentative with patients? Get another job, preferably one that won't subject the health of others to the whim of your emotions. Also, if you're going to tell a patient that you'll call them when their prescription is ready to be sent to a pharmacy, do so. Not doing so makes you, the staff, look inept. Appointments are also occasionally prone to delay; I was once made to wait over 2 hours for what was supposed to be a simple morning appointment relating to, again, a prescription, only to be told that I could have done everything over the phone in less than 5 minutes. I don't blame the Doctor for this, as he is just one man, but the staff could have handled it better. A shame.
