This doctor failed to address any of my concerns and refused to give me any information. She was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to explain anything to me or answer questions. This is a free clinic with substandard service intended for people who cannot pay, but their business model is to dupe insurance holders into thinking it is a regular family practice clinic.

I felt that Dr Brunner showed a great deal of empathy, and she was able to take care of my medical issues very quickly. The staff at the clinic were punctual and very helpful.
