I was given the appt. by staff for refilling pain medication. First he was over an hour late, but the big complaint by me is that Dr. Mann was completely against my previous four doctors recommendations and refused filling prescription. How he determined that the other doctors were wrong without even touching me or watching movement or anything, I'll never know. He hid behind federal laws against prescribing any regulated medication, because patient was prop.215 card holder. Even marked off urinalysis test result as positive for THC before specimen was even lab tested. Bottom line he ripped off not only me but his profession as far as I can tell. Avoid him unless absolutely necessary.
