She’s Embarrassment for medical profession!
I don’t understand how is she allowed to practice medicine.

They never answer the phone and are late for meetings. It's just a large inconvenience in my schedule. Not very helpful so it isn't really worth the wait. I would not recommend.

I am absolutely furious and devastated about the ongoing nightmare my 85-year-old mom is enduring with Dr. Anila Seth-Sharma. It's beyond belief that she has cancelled on my mom four times on the same day as her scheduled appointments within 1 1/2 month. The first time, she couldn't make it to the office. The second time, her daughter was sick. The third time, Dr. Sharma herself was sick. the 4rd time. The receptionist assured me Dr Sharma will be in the office on Tues Oct 2, she booked her in for 11 am. My mom arrived there with my sister who had to once again take time off work to go with my mom. Once they arrived the receptions told her that she had called at 7 am to cancel the appointment, which is UNTRUE. There were people in side the office waiting to be seen by Dr. Sharma . The receptions was aware who my mom was because she called her by name, she told my mom and sister Dr. Sharma is not available to see my mom because she was sick yet there were people inside waiting to be seen by Dr. Sharma. The receptionist was very rude to my mom she did not book another appointment for her. This is totally ridiculous and unprofessional. This is not a way a DR should be conducting with patients. On previous appointments Dr Sharma has very abrupt attitude when she speaks and is unprofessional, she is always rushing your appointment and does not give you clear explanations. The receptions is another issue , she is horrible, never answers phones, and does not always return calls. She books appointments on the wrong dates and forgets to book follow up appointments, which means once you arrive for your follow up you have to wait over 1 hr.
The only reason why my mom has been going to Dr. Sharma is because it was a referral by her Family Doctor. I will never have my 85 year old mom go back to this unprofessional Doctor and rude receptionist. I will be asking for another referral.

I never leave reviews but I was steaming mad with their incompetence. The office personnel didn’t input my follow up in the system so when I show up for the appointment, I am made to wait over an hour with no apology. The doctor is regularly late. I would not recommend this office unless you’re desperate for a referral.

I have type 2 diabetes. Dr Seth Sharma has given me so much help in managing my diabetes. Great doctor who helped me very much.

Dr Seth Sharma is an amazing physician. My experience is one of awe at her ordering tests to determine something that my previous physicians had missed. With the test results showed me what my condition was and the treatment approach to resolve it and get back on the road to health. She was patient, kind and understanding and took the time to answer all my questions and fears. I have no hesitation in recommending this doctor.

Dr Anila is the best. I have been coming her for some time. Very professional, thorough , courteous and patient. She explained my medical issues in detail to my level of understanding and gave me a clear understanding of how we are monitoring and managing the issues.

Dr Seth Sharma is an amazing doctor . See has been looking after me for the past 5 years. My diabetes has improved immensely under her care. She patient and her compassionate to her patients. Highly recommend her

Terrible receptionist never answers phones, so it always takes several days to book an appointment. Doesnt always return calls. Scheduled appointments provided with erroneous dates, contact info. Dr Sharma herself is a lovely woman, but provides very little information
