Rude and uncaring. talks over me constantly. Never listens. Always late. may have knowledge of medicine but has no knowledge of how to be a good doctor.

She failed to address my chronic condition. I have a immune system disorder. Without consulting my rheumatologist, Dr. Pietrus instructed her staff to give me multiple immunizations in one sitting. My disease flared after 2 years of quiet. I changed doctors immediately. I do not recommend Dr. Pietrus for many reasons, including her lack of treating patients as individual persons, with individual problems.

Very helpful, polite, and patient, this doctor will actually help you to get better! Unlike most in London. She is really good!

I waited a long time to find a female doctor in London - and Dr. Teresa Pietrus was worth it! She is the most patient and kind doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to listen and actually talk with you. I never feel rushed out of her office. And they are always on time. I used to wait over an hour at my previous doctor’s office in Toronto...I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes past my appointment time at Dr. Pietrus’s Office. The staff are always super friendly to deal with. I can’t understand anyone having a bad experience here (p.s the person who previously stated they were upset that they could only discuss one issue per visit - news flash: that’s every doctor’s policy. They don’t have time allotted for every patient to possibly discuss 17 issues. Deal with the priority issue, and make another appointment like the rest of us!) Can’t recommend Dr. Teresa Pietrus enough!

I have had quite a few problems with Dr Pietrus .... cancelling appointments last minute and making it difficult to reschedule and the excuse of one reason per visit. She did not even look at my injury when advised of the problem. Terrible experience with both the staff and Dr Pietrus throughout my years seeing her.
