My mother DIED after surgery with Koulak and NOONE, least of all HIM even bothered to reach out to my family. DISGUSTING and we will not stop until we have ANSWERS Koulak!

Dr. Kulack is the best doctor I know. Always helpful and thorough. His assistant Michele is literally phenomenal. I don't know where they found the girl who covers her but I sure hope they get rid of her. Unprofessional and always sounds annoyed when you call. I think her name is Sam or Pam. Aside from that I adore Dr. Koulack and Michele! Best team ever!

Had operation on my leg and have nothing but trouble since and every time I go there they tell me they cant find anything but yet my foot is ice cold and the back of my calf gets rock hard but still cant find what's wrong

Dr.Koulack is very caring and takes the time to explain what hes doing.i wouldnt go to any other Dr but him .He has excellent bed side manors.Also excellent on follow ups.
