Trying to notify Dr Haddad that I will not be available for a set appointement and to postpone it. Can't even leave a message. The message simply tells you office hours and hangs up.

Unable to reach his office within the opening hours. This service is mediocre.

Dr. Haddad saw me six weeks prior to my scheduled brachytherapy, agreed to do that procedure and arranged for post-op follow-up scans. He had full access to my complete medical records at the Ottawa General Hospital including Pre-Admission Unit (PAU) anesthesiology assessment with Dr. Marc Stalder who cleared me for epidural block with possible general anesthesia. The morning of my procedure, in the Surgical Day Care Unit (SDCU), prepped on a gurney with IV catheter inserted, I was blindsided by on-call anesthesiologist Dr. Nadia Naraine who refused to proceed because she was uncertain of her ability to manage my care. No other anesthesiologist was consulted or called. Dr. Haddad did not advocate for me. He just stood there, mute, then did a complete reversal and recommended beam radiation treatment, a procedure already discounted by referring hospital oncologist Dr. Wayne Kendal. Later I got a call from Radiology asking where I was because Haddad neglected to cancel the post-op scans he had booked but I no longer needed! Stay away from this guy. Cancer doesn’t wait. I I demanded and got my brachytherapy done by another oncologist elsewhere. Dr. Haddad is also listed with the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l’Outaouais in Gatineau, Quebec.

Dr haddad or his secretary are very incompetent! Some in that office has over looked my father for a year. He has prostate cancer and is elderly. We feel that because of his age 78 they are just ignoring him. They said he had to go for a cat scan before coming back to see them. I call the ottawa hospital and they said they told the office to send the requesting to Qweensway hospital this was back in June. Qweensway hospital said they never received a request from Dr Haddad. So this has been since June. If we had not called Dr Haddad's office wouldn't have even had cared. This is cancer!!!!!! Get better STAFF

Saw Dr Haddad for radio oncology at Gatineau hospital, chatted up the nurses for 45 minutes while I waited in the exam room. Made me feel like I was disturbing him and had no business being in his office. Examined me and hurt me. I was sent to him by my oncologist, waste of my time. Sounded like he had no idea why I was there. Didn t like him at all. Terrible bed side manner. no compassion at all.

Dr. Haddad treated me for oropharyngeal cancer in Ottawa. He is knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He never rushes you and takes the time to answer all of your questions so when he is running late I tell him that he is worth waiting for. I became very ill post treatment and he diligently figured out what was wrong with me and I am now on my way to a full recovery. He really cares for his patients. His calm and friendly demeanor are always comforting.
