Blue Cross / Blue Shield
First year resident, Dr. Lawrence is arrogant, rude, belligerent and disrespectful. He never returns phone calls. Never follows up on abnormal labs. His medical knowledge is sketchy. He graduated from Saba which is located in the Caribbean. The school is not a hotbed of intellectual prowess. He is unwilling to listen to patient concerns and has no care in the world for his patient's well being. I am baffled at how this guy was selected for the UNM Family Practice residency program.
