Dr Skinner is a locum, so he is just filling in for Dr MacKenzie. I needed to have someone look at a skin condition on my nose, he took a biopsy right there in the office, sent me to a specialist & within 2 weeks had the cancer removed. He is no nonsense but kind & compassionate.

Has a laissez faire attitude with patients. For example, it does not auscultate or visit you if you claim pain in your stomach. He does not order blood test to find out if there is any issues. This doctor need some training in preventive medicine as our population is aging so we can prevent the spiraling costs associated with a curative approach to medicine.
