Her comments were rude, crass, and made me feel uncomfortable. Would never see her again

Everybody who wrote here is absolutely correct. She thinks she is Oprah, as she pushes her magazine writing, and her office is a nightmare. No labs reported EVER. I never gor my post op labs to surgeon and it was terrible.......Had UTI for 8 weeks before I found out because I called. In the hospital she wrote on her examination H and P all these things she did for the money she charged. She came in, sat down, talked 5 minutes, never touched me. Wrote a lengthy story of what she did in her mind,........PASS on this doc. BAD!

Staff is unpleasant and unconcerned. Always wait minimum 45 minutes. Have seen more than once patients giving up and leaving. She is incompetent doctor. She prefers to draw pictures of organs to actually treating illness. She likes to push her column in local free magazine. Staff never calls with lab results.

I recently went to see Dr. Duval for a routine exam, and to address a ringing in my ears. I waited 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, then I filled out the new patient forms. I didn't see the doctor for another 30 minutes after that. I was never weighed or checked my height, and wasn't even asked if there were any problems for why I was seeing the doctor. She briefly went over my family history, and didn't ask if I had ever had a colonoscopy screening even though I told her my father passed away from colon cancer. She referred me to a ENT doctor for my ear problem. I wanted to have my cholesterol checked, so I went back 3 days later. I waited another 30 minutes before I was acknowledged with their phones ringing they were conducting a staff meeting while patients were waiting. I finally left after 45 minutes of waiting and being the first person to sign in. This was by far the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever been to see in 54 yrs.
