I love Brock, he's the man. He's been in and out of my mouth multiple times. Rondeau cannot be replaced, from his contagious smile to his ambitious strong hands, he's truly one of a kind.

Dr. Rondeau has been nothing nothing but amazing. The staff is just as amazing. They are welcoming and always kind. The front staff, Sanny with a warming smile and personality makes you feel you are being taken care of with great care.

I found that it is important to share my amazing experience in fixing complicated issues related to my jaw and my open cross/bite. For 30 years, my right jaw was clicking, and it was clear that it was not in place. During all this time, I’ve known or heard about open/crossbite. As I live in Windsor ON, I saw two orthodontists, no one was able to solve my problem simply because it is not their speciality.

My dentist in Windsor recommended Dr. Rondeau for me who is a well-known doctor, especially in TMJ problems. Dr. Rondeau did all the required tests for the TMJ and proposed the clear plan. In three months, my nightmare TMJ issue disappeared.

This is what we call the experience/expertise of Dr. Rondeau. After this period, I realized that I had an open/crossbite. But Dr. Rondo proposed a plan to fix this issue in different steps, a combination between an appliance (Braces and Elastics) for three years to avoid any surgeries that anyone would want to avoid especially at my age. As an engineer, I know that this is not an easy problem to solve, so for me even reaching 50-60% of the plan will make me happy. I took the decision to start the treatment and travel every six weeks from Windsor ON to London ON. After four years, my jaw is still at its normal position, my bite is closed, my teeth are straightened, and I am more than satisfied. Finally, the price was more than reasonable. Now, this huge work couldn’t have been completed without the expertise of Dr. Rondeau’s staff. Especially, a big thanks to Gina and Paola. They were always welcoming and happy to help.

I have been blessed finding Dr Rondeau and his staff. I had frequent migraine headaches, with difficulty sleeping. I was given a double splint which I wore faithfully for six month except to brush my teeth. My bottom jaw came forward 7 mm . This did alleviate my migraine headaches, and the pulsating I used to feel in my head , not only did my jaw come forward , but also my tongue came forward which opened up my airway. Following my splint I had braces for 1 1/2 year and I had my back teeth erupted more with elastics attached to my braces. I am now much healthier and happier without my headaches. Thanks for having the expertise to make such a difference in my life! I will be forever greatful

I am torn as to how to rank my experience with Dr. Rondeau. I have TMJ (which caused a lot of jaw cracking but surprisingly little pain) and severe sleep apnea. To correct my sleep apnea, Dr. Rondeau developed an oral appliance that essentially thrusts my lower jaw forward. It did help with the sleep apnea, but for months I would wake up with a sore jaw joint and an underbite that would slowly move back to its original position, only to be thrust forward again at night. But over time it would take longer and longer to move back, until eventually it didn't and now I am in a permanent underbite position. My jaw no longer hurts in this position, but my teeth no longer align and all the force of my bite is on the front teeth. There is a 2 mm gap between my molars - so yes, the sleep apnea has been reduced,and my jaw no longer hurts (which it didn't before the procedure) but now I have a bite that is essentially useless. So - I have to spend thousands realigning my molars so that I can eat and not destroy my jaw bone. Dr. Rondeau did warn me this might happen and that I would need to spend several more dollars to get a bite guard to use during the day. However, what I did not realize is that if I have to get any crowns (which is something I will need given the large amount of cavities and my deep crevices) the appliance will no longer fit. I wish that would have known this was a possibility before I invested in the appliance, as I likely would have gone the CPAP machine route and saved the cost of the appliance and the cost of getting my teeth realigned. Hence, the mixed review.

Dr. Brock Rondeau is one amazing Dental Specialist! I was referred to him by my Dentist from Tillsonburg, Dr. Mattan, who said he had never seen such a complicated dental situation as mine with: severe jaw pain, popping and clicking from TMJ, open bite, cross bite, over bite and very crooked teeth and I was nearly 50 years old! He said the only specialist who could help me was Dr. Brock Rondeau in London, ON. What a blessing to meet Dr. Rondeau who assured me that he would not have to remove any teeth, just rearrange them, expand my upper palate to align my over-crowded teeth and make my smile beautiful. He was so kind, patient, understanding and caring of me in my difficult and painful situation. He assured me that my frequent fainting episodes and external headaches would resolve with treatment. My husband, Dave and I were always warmly welcomed and we developed a bond with Dr. Rondeau and his team in a delightful office atmosphere that was second to none! Never have I seen such such a cohesive relationship in a group, working together for the comfort and care of their patients. Dr. Rondeau is indeed the laminin that holds this nucleus of happy health care professionals together. Dave and I always looked forward to our sweet monthly visits with this crew of happy worker bees! (Imagine that, looking forward to going to the Dentist!) It is now 12 years later, no more fainting, or jaw popping and clicking and no more headaches! I’m now 61 and love to smile confidently and show my teeth. I recently revisited Dr. Rondeau’s office to have a new night appliance made and that same loving, caring, cohesive atmosphere is still there. The center of this amazing hub is Dr. Rondeau, who radiates such a kind and caring, professional and nurturing relationship with his staff and patients which makes this Dental Office a delight to visit. I came to see Dr. Rondeau for both TMJD and Sleep Apnea in the fall and winter of 2017/18. I decided to fix one problem at a time, and went with the Apnea since breathing is pretty important and I was fitted with an oral appliance. At first, I would awaken every day with an underbite that made it impossible to eat breakfast but as the day wore on, my bite would go back to normal. Within a few months, the underbite became less of a concern and now I can chew just fine. What is interesting was that my TMJD now no longer bothers me at all, without any other intervention - no headaches, faceaches, ear pain, throat discomfort, clanking. All gone. The solution to one issue provided relief for the other! I found my treatment with Dr. Rondeau and his great staff was worth every penny, and I drove in from a distance to get it. When I got my porcelain veneers, Dr. Rondeau patiently sanded down my appliance so that it would fit properly. Very happy still in 2021!
