Terrible beside manner. my husband was concerned about a possible infection after his knee replacement. My husband was explaining the symptoms and Dr. Ciotola just walks out of the exam and never comes back. We don’t recommend this Dr. If you’re looking for beside manner run! He may be a great surgeon but he seems as if he could care less about your concerns

Doesn't take the time to listen to you. Runs his practice like a conveyor belt. Did not acknowledge me prior to surgery or discuss the surgery. Post op was the same. He walked out of the door as I am asking him a question. Would not recommend

Terrible beside manner. My husband was asking about why his leg was getting blisters on it.In mid sentence he just walks out the door and never came back went to his next appointment. His physician assistant looked as shocked as I was. Unbelievable we never went back. Very sad this day and age some Dr,s act like this.

Had a right total knee replacement in January. I can only say my experience with the doctor and the hospital were outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Ciotola.

I've waited over 45 minutes every appointment I've had. He does over 16 surgeries a day. He doesn't spend enough time with his patients. If you leave the exam room to get an x-ray, be prepared to wait 20 or more minutes to get back into an exam room. When the doc comes in to speak to you after the x-ray, you will have to remind him why you are there. I have to have a revision surgery less than a year later because his surgery was a failure.
