Dr Harris was great with both myself (clogged ear) and my daughter (tonsillectomy). During the consultation for my daughter he showed me the instrument he uses for the procedures and thoroughly explained it all. At the hospital he came out prior to surgery and spoke with us repeating the process. His confident yet friendly demeanour was very reassuring. His receptionist was pleasant and his office was nice and clean. While I hope to never have a health issue that requires his services again I would be comforted knowing I or my family were in his care.
