Dr O-J knows her stuff, takes the time to listen, provide requistions for recommended tests and is professional every step of the way. The reception team at the clinic seems to be bigger in numbers now, which is a good thing. Highly recommend Dr. O-J.

Easy to talk with, great at follow up, comes up with good solutions and refers you to suitable and experienced specialists when needed.

Not very knowledgeable. More interested in recommending tests according to official guidelines than the ones the pacient actually needs. Disappointing replacement of the previous wonderful doctor.

Always willing to help. Appreciates your concerns. I had a doctor for 20 years and when I moved to another city I was worried I wouldn't find another one as good. But I did with Dr Onyett-Jeffries.

Dr Onyett Jeffries is wonderful, but her staff our terrible, so I will be getting another doctor, which is a shame as unfortunately you are at the mercy of her staff in getting appointments and specialist appointments. I was in agony with a frozen shoulder and asked for immediate help with a cortisone shot while Dr. OJ was on maternity leave - I was promised a call back shortly with a solution, and didnt hear anything ever again from the doctor office, but received a call three weeks later from a specialist, offering me an appointment two months ahead! I fortunately gave up waiting for call back after an hour, and went to a walk in clinic at Queensway/Huronontario where I saw a doctor and a specialist within 30 minutes and received the necessary cortisone shot, with no problems since. A similar experience occurred with my mother attempting to get a referral, and the specialist staff blamed the administrative staff. unfortunately you need both caring staff and a caring doctor, and your complaints taken seriously.
