Incompetent staff left my wife feeling even worse after her visit than before she went. She has been dealing with an infected tooth that has been causing her considerable pain for weeks and trusted them to help her, not make her feel worse. The highlights of her visit include "My mouth won't stay numb. I think they just accused me of being an alcoholic", "He numbed me twice, I was screaming because of how hard he stabbed me.", "When I told her the second time that the Novacain was wearing off my mouth was not numb anymore she asked, "Well how do you know?"...Because it hurts", "Now it hurts even more.", "They can't help me, they are giving me antibiotics and a referral for another dentist", "They are treating me like a drug stealer". In short, find yourself a dentist who actually treats their patients like people who need help.
