I have been seeing Dr. Dhillon for several years after a referral for an eye issue. I have seen him every 6 months as a Type 2 Diabetic.
I found him to be very professional in the early years but since Covid 19, he has become more radical in his patient interactions. He is obviously anti-vax but when I had discussions with him in 2020, he led me to believe he had been vaccinated but felt masks were a waste of time. While at my most recent visit, he was more animated than ever and spent a good portion of my appointment raging about government vaccine conspiracy, and other vaccine fallacies. I asked him outright if he was telling me he was not vaccinated and he replied that he had already had Covid and was immune. I asked him about new regulations requiring all medical professionals be vaccinated and what would he do. He told me that he might retire.
As a Doctor, I can’t abide his reckless behaviour and spreading of vaccination misinformation. He has put his patients at risk and I will not be returning.

Made my elderly parent wait for half hour. Then proceeded to say that COVID 19 is being looked after by God and he can’t comprehend the why the health authorities ask him to wear a mask. His wife and kids were at the clinic unmasked with their puppy. Going to be changing my parents eye doctor asap

I have had a TERRIBLE experience at this office, the doctor and staff are totally unorganized and I seriously question whether Dr. Dhillon even knows what kind of diagnosis he is making. I've got a second and third opinion for my eye problem and both other Doctors were RIGHT and he was WRONG. He thinks very highly of himself but is totally incompetent and should have his license revoked!

I saw this Dr. for the first. time. He is the worst Doctor ever. Their staff was very rude! Doctor is more greedy than professional. I would not recommend anyone to see this doctor ever. They make diabetic patients pay even though they are covered.

I have been seeing Dr. Dhillon for many years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes his time during the eye exam and explains everything in detail. The staff are very upfront about costs and didn't push me to buy anything. They are very competent and pleasant.

Dr Dhillon is my mother's Optometrist and I usually take her for her eye exams post surgery. He has been very professional and compassionate during all our visits. He listened with patience and helped relieve anxiety. My mother has a language barrier and Dr Dhillon explained everything in Punjabi to her satisfaction. Who walks over to the adjacent pharmacy to explain the eye drops to a pharmacist. I believe the service you get also depends on your attitude towards the doctor as well. I will recommend Dr Dhillon to everyone.

He walked into his clinic 10 minutes late and didn't apologize . Did a quick exam and seemed to be rushed because he was late and running behind. not very professional. Can't say I was very impressed but I think he did an okay job overall . Will probably go somewhere else on Scott road as there are many optometrists to pick from
