I saw Dr. Irwin for digestion issues, and he was extremely kind, compassionate and caring. For the first time, my symptoms weren't just dismissed and Dr. Irwin thoroughly analyzed what could be causing my symptoms. He referred me to specialists to perform a variety of tests. When one gastroenterologist denied performing a colonoscopy because I was too young (27) and my symptoms weren't "bad enough", he found another Dr to perform the procedure. They ended up finding a pre-cancerous polyp! Without Dr. Irwin's persistence, it likely would not have been found for many, many years. I am extremely grateful for the care that I received with Dr. Irwin.

I had three small surgeries in the last 3 years: knowledgeable, compassionate, explained everything in detail, and did a great job - no potential complications after the surgeries. Dr. Irwin will be the only candidate if I ever need a referral (hopefully not) in the future.

Dr. Paul did minor surgery on me and he was extremely nice throughout the process. He explained everything patiently and with his witty humour made things easy for me. He ensured follow-ups. I am glad I found him for this treatment.

My son had truly "given up" on ever getting help, until Dr. Irwin. Other doctors took a minute or two, treated him so horribly, he left crying, wondering if he would live to see his next birthday. My son was in acute pain, had specific symptoms, and yet "many" other doctors didn't care (that's the polite way of putting it).
Somehow, my son found Dr. Irwin and his ENTIRE life changed 180 degrees. Professionally, Dr. Irwin has exceptional knowledge & experience, will take whatever time is needed, listens, cares, and everyone leaves feeling they've just met the most incredible doctor of their lives. Dr Irwin performed some very delicate day surgery on me in his Apple Tree office with patience and precision . What a pleasant professional. Excellent bedside manner with a good sense of humor.
