Very unhelpful staff. Never returns or acknowledges phone calls or emails. It took 9 months to get my first appointment with Dr. Sen after the sleep study. Then she was late by about 45 minutes, and did not give any helpful suggestions other than an apnea mask. The follow up appointment was to be 6 months later, but I had to beg for an earlier one as I cannot adjust to the mask and needed consultation. The receptionist again did not return my messages about my change in phone number so I do not know if the telephone appointment will actually happen. The worst experience in my 75 years with the medical profession.

Needed to reschedule an appointment. Call, cannot leave a voicemail as apparently there is no reception staff. Then it says to email but those are not regularly checked. But if you are a no show, they penalize you. but no way to cancel or change.

First time meeting Dr. Sen, she was personable, punctual and knowledgeable. She gave me ample time to explain my situation and outlined a plan. The office and supporting staff at Victoria ware also very nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Sen.
