Dr Lisa Lo is phenomenal and my husband and I have been Going to her since she opened. However receptionists are very unhelpful and don’t return messages or convey messages to her. I’ve called several times to make appointments for eye tests and nobody has called me back. It’s a real shame because Dr Lo is an excellent optometrist

I took my mother to her, she was absolutely rude and unprofessional, rushed through the exam and only cared about selling and making more money, would not recommend her at all
